Welcome to CE Credits Online. CE Credits Online courses are intuitive, engaging and easy to use. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to support and assist you. You have 15 weeks (105 days) to complete your course(s) unless your school district has imposed a shorter time-frame. You may work at your own pace, any time 24/7.

  • Go to www.cecreditsonline.org
  • click on Enroll and follow on-screen directions
  • if you have an enrollment code, enter the code at the prompt (no spaces, and dashes must be included)
  • IMPORTANT: Failure to use an enrollment code when necessary may make a participant ineligible for his/her desired credit.  If you require re-registration and transfer into the correct class you will be charged a $20 fee.
  • follow on-screen directions to complete the enrollment process
  • pre-paid and credit card users will be activated immediately; those paying by check will be activated upon receipt of payment
  • download the Workbook/Reflective Journal by clicking on the Workbook tab at the top of your Student Home Page.

Creating a Username and Password
You will create your own username and password. If you wish to remain anonymous in the online forum, choose a username other than your own.

About the Course Video Segments
There are numerous videos throughout the courses. If you are using a dial-up modem or an older computer, please select “YES” at the online enrollment prompt asking if you need the course CD to view the video portions. If you will be using a high speed or cable modem, you may view the videos online using the free version of Adobe Flash Player (previously called Macromedia Flash Player), downloadable from the link below or from a lesson video by clicking on view the flash video. You will need to restart your computer afterward and return to the lesson.

About Your Student Home Page
Every time you log in, you will go to your personal Student Home Page. This page will always give you an account of your progress in completing the course(s). Check out the links on this page because you will find them helpful, especially “Navigation Tips,” “Help,” and “Orientation.” You will find your course(s) located in the upper left corner under “Click to view course.” NOTE: If you will be taking multiple courses, please do not create another account. You can enroll in other courses directly from your student home page by clicking on the Enroll tab.

About the Workbook/Reflective Journal
If you wish to type your responses directly into the Workbook/Reflective Journal, please select the Microsoft Word Version. If you do not have Microsoft Word, download and print the Adobe Acrobat version of the Workbook/Reflective Journal, and write your answers in your Journal or refer to it as you type your answers in your own word processing program. Be sure to save your work often.

About the Forum Exercises
Forum Exercises are required assignments that must be submitted to the Online Forum and approved by the moderator. All of the Forum Exercises must be approved by the moderator before you can complete the course survey and evaluation, and take the final exam. Please refer to the Help Section, Navigation Tips, and your Workbook/Reflective Journal for complete instructions.

To Complete a Course
After all of your Forum Exercises have been approved, a link for the post survey and the course evaluation will appear on your student home page.

  • Complete the course survey by clicking on the link provided.
  • Complete the course evaluation by clicking on the link provided.
  • Complete the final exam, if applicable, by clicking on the link provided.
  • Download and print your Certificate of Completion by clicking on the link for Continuing Education Credit.
