If you purchased university credits:

Texas CPE FAQs

What is the Type dropdown when I select a course?

The Type dropdown lets you choose your enrollment option. Course Only gives you a Certificate of Completion for your Texas CPE records. University Credits adds an official university transcript from one of our partner universities. For Texas CPE hours only, Course Only is all you need.

What does my Certificate of Completion include?

Your Certificate of Completion includes the name of the course and the number of professional development hours completed. This is your documentation for Texas CPE purposes — keep it for your records.

Does CE Credits Online submit my CPE records to TEA?

No. CE Credits Online provides your Certificate of Completion, which is your documentation for the renewal process. Record-keeping and certificate renewal are completed directly through the TEA Educator Certification Online System (ECOS)
