You’ll have up to 180 days from the date of purchase to complete your course.

We offer 30-day extensions for all courses that have expired. You may purchase as many 30-day extensions as you need, however, your course must be completed within 1 year from the date of purchase, and extensions are no longer available if you have not completed your course within the 1-year time period. Our courses are often updated and revised, some are retired, and, as a result, we cannot allow unlimited extensions for our courses, since some may change significantly or cease to exist.

For 2-Credit (30-hour) and 3 Credit (45-hour) courses, the extension fee is $50. For 1-credit (15-hour) courses, the fee is $30. To purchase an extension, use the following link:

  1. 1 credit course
  2. 2 or 3 credit courses

Email us at and let us know for which course you purchased an extension. Once we have verified your payment, your course will be reinstated in Schoology (our Learning Management System). You may purchase as many extensions as you need, until the one-year date from purchase occurs.
