NYC DOE ASPDP Term Dates
Each ASPDP term has a registration window and a course completion deadline. You can enroll in your CE Credits Online course at any time — before ASPDP registration opens or during the term — but coursework does not begin until the official ASPDP term start date and you must complete your ASPDP registration before the registration deadline to receive credit.

How NYC DOE ASPDP Credits Work with CE Credits Online
Step 1: Enroll in Your Course
Purchase your courses with CE Credits Online. You can enroll before ASPDP registration opens or at any time before registration closes. Courses do not begin until the official ASPDP term start date.
Step 2: Register in NYC DOE ASPDP
Register your course in the NYC DOE ASPDP system before the registration deadline. Our courses are in the ASPDP course catalog — use the Education Partner drop-down menu and select CE Credits Online.
Step 3: Complete Your Course
Complete your coursework during the ASPDP term (see dates above). You must complete your courses before the term end date to receive credit.
Step 4: Receive Credit
Your credits are validated within 2 weeks after the term ends. Once you have been "Validated for Credit" on the ASPDP site, you will be able to print your Credit Transcript. Go to "Show Enrolled Courses" on the ASPDP site and select the "View Print Transcripts" tab.
