How to Get Your PSESD Clock Hours

Once you successfully complete your course, we'll email you your Certificate of Completion. Here's what to do next:

  1. Submit your Certificate of Completion to PSESD Clock Hours & Registration at clockhours@psesd.org
  2. Once your attendance has been entered into pdEnroller, you'll receive an email with a link to process your clock hour request
  3. Complete a short survey and pay the $3 per clock hour fee by credit card
  4. Your clock hours are automatically recorded to your pdEnroller transcript

To print your transcript, log in to pdEnroller, click the Clock Hours dropdown (upper right), select My Clock Hours, and click the blue Download Transcripts button.

University Credits

If you need an official university transcript, you can add university credits when you purchase. Once you complete your course, we take care of the rest — we send all the required documentation directly to your chosen university, and they'll issue your official transcript and email you instructions for accessing it. Your transcript will include the course name, course number, number of credits, and your grade.

No. Your Certificate of Completion is what you submit to PSESD for clock hours — no university transcript is required. If you also need a university transcript for other purposes, you can add university credits at purchase.

How to Enroll

  1. Go to our PSESD approved courses page
  2. Browse courses and select the one that fits your professional learning goals
  3. On the course page, use the Type dropdown:
    • Course Only — includes your Certificate of Completion, which you'll submit to PSESD for clock hours
    • University Credits — adds an official university transcript. A second dropdown will appear to choose your university partner.
  4. Add the course to your cart and check out
  5. You will be asked to log in or create an account
  6. If you have a discount code, enter it at the end of checkout
  7. Upon purchase you will receive an email receipt and can log in to your course at eClassroom Sign in
