How to Claim Your PSESD Clock Hours
Once you successfully complete your course, we'll email you your Certificate of Completion. Here's what to do next:
- Submit your certificate to PSESD Office at clockhours@psesd.org
- PSESD enters your attendance into pdEnroller — you'll receive an email to process your clock hour request
- Complete a clock hour survey and pay the $3 per clock hour fee by debit/credit card.
- After your attendance has been verified by PSESD, you will receive an email from pdEnroller indicating the class now is recorded on your clock hour transcript. It will include instructions for accessing your online transcript.
Note: the clock hour fee is paid directly to PSESD through pdEnroller — it is not part of your CE Credits Online purchase.

University Credits
Each 15 hours of coursework qualifies for 1 semester credit.

If you need an official university transcript, you can add university credits when you purchase. Once you complete your course, we take care of the rest — we send all the required documentation directly to your chosen university, and they'll issue your official transcript and email you instructions for accessing it. Your transcript will include the course name, course number, number of credits, and your grade.

PSESD Clock Hour Program Rules
- Clock hours cost $3 per hour — paid directly to PSESD through pdEnroller, not through CE Credits Online
- You must submit your Certificate of Completion to PSESD before your clock hours can be processed
- You have 180 days (about 6 months) from purchase to complete your course
- If you do not complete the course within 180 days and course expires, we offer 30-day extensions for $50 each course. At the 1-year mark, the course becomes "discontinued". This means an extension is no longer available.
- University credits must be added at purchase if needed
- You cannot claim Clock Hours AND University Credits. You have to choose one or the other.

How do I access my clock hour transcript?
Log in to pdEnroller, click the Clock Hours dropdown in the upper right, select My Clock Hours, and click the blue Download Transcripts button. Your clock hours are automatically recorded once verified by PSESD.
Who is Puget Sound ESD (PSESD)?
Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) is the largest of Washington State's nine Educational Service Districts, serving school districts, private schools, and educators in King and Pierce counties, including Bainbridge Island.
Do I need an official transcript for PSESD Clock Hours?
No. Your Certificate of Completion is what you submit to PSESD for clock hours — no university transcript is required. If you also need a university transcript for other purposes, you can add university credits at purchase.

- Go to our PSESD approved courses page
- Browse courses and select the one that fits your professional learning goals
- On the course page, use the Type dropdown:
- Course Only — includes your Certificate of Completion, which you'll submit to PSESD for clock hours
- University Credits — adds an official university transcript. A second dropdown will appear to choose your university partner.
- You cannot claim Clock Hours AND University Credits. You have to choose one or the other.
- Add the course to your cart and check out
- You will be asked to log in or create an account
- If you have a discount code, enter it at the end of checkout
- Upon purchase you will receive an email receipt and can log in to your course at eClassroom Sign in
