Refund

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund is no longer offered.  This policy includes university credit fees. An exchange may be possible, if you have not started your course.

To be eligible for a return, you must not have submitted any graded material.  We charge a $30 per course processing fee to withdraw from any course.

You must check with your district to ensure the credits received will meet your specific requirements. We will not be held responsible if your school, district or state does not accept the credits issued. Refunds will not be given if your credit is not accepted by your school, district or state.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund (less a $30 per course processing fee).

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
